The Platform operates on an innovative gamified commerce and crowd-funded promotion model (e.g., promotional campaigns, reward pools, and interactive checkouts). By purchasing promotional tickets, shopping points, or digital items on the Platform, users explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- All promotional rules, reward dispatch conditions, and transparency algorithms are fully displayed on our primary user application frontend.
- Checkouts processed through this Shopify portal represent legal transactions for the purchase of promotional participation, store credits, or specified virtual/physical items as defined by the Platform’s core Terms of Service.
- All participations are final. Due to the real-time nature of promotional pools, chargebacks or refunds requested based on promotional outcomes rather than product defects are deemed a violation of these terms.
